Internship - Spec House
Project Information
During my internship I used Chief Architect to create floorplan, renderings, site plans, and construction documents. For this project I input the property lines and setbacks to began space planning for a floorplan that would fit the site. To space plan I used bubbles, in Chief Architect, to create floorplan options. Once a floorplan was decided on I helped with rendering a few different options for the exterior of the spec house.
