Adaptive reuse - Apartments

Project Description

The objective of this project was to locate a vacant office building in Austin, Texas that could be redesigned into apartments. With this project we were to have approximately 40 apartments and 10 temporary housing units, offices, archival space, recreational areas, mail room, and a reception.
